- 4 cups Spring Green Mix
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup chopped candied pecans
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup chopped chives
Combine Spring Mix and Baby Spinach in a bowl. Plate individually or combine in a large salad bowl
Sprinkle salad with crumbled blue cheese
Sprinkle salad with chopped candied pecans
Slice strawberries into ¼ inch pieces and place on top of salad
Chop or dice chives and sprinkle on the finished salad
