  • cup chili powder
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup black pepper, ground
  • ¼ cup kosher salt
  • 3 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne
