Ingredients

  • cup milk (whole, 2%)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree, chilled
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup, or 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice blend
  • cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp whipped cream, optional
  • 2 Tbsp Bourbon or rum, optional

Instructions

Note: If all of your ingredients are very cold you will have better success.

  • Add milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice or syrup, and ice cream to a large blender and blend on high for 60-90 seconds or until smooth.
  • If adding bourbon or rum add now and blend briefly
  • Serve very cold and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, if desired.
