Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Smooth and creamy Pumpkin Pie Shake made with pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup and vanilla ice cream. Add Bourbon for a boozy milkshake!
Servings: 16 Ounces
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree, cold
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup, or 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice blend
- 1½ cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp whipped cream, optional
- 2 Tbsp Bourbon, optional
Note: If all of your ingredients are very cold you will have better success.
Add milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice or syrup, and ice cream to a large blender and blend on high for about 1 minute.
If adding bourbon add now and blend briefly
Serve very cold and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, if desired.
