Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Milk or Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries
  • 1 cup Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract, optional
  • ¼ cup crushed ice, optional if the fruit isn't frozen

Optional Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Slivered Almonds
  • Coconut ,slivers or flakes
  • Fresh Berries

Instructions

  • In a blender add, in this order, milk, berries, bananas, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla.
    If the fruit isn't frozen add the ice.
  • Puree until completely smooth, about 1-minute
  • Divide smoothie mixture into 2 bowls.
  • Sprinkle with optional toppings. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired.

Notes

  • Frozen fruits and very cold liquids will result in a thicker smoothie bowl
  • Reserve some fresh berries for topping your bowl
