Smoothie Ingredients:
- ½ cup Milk or Almond Milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries
- 1 cup Banana
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract, optional
- ¼ cup crushed ice, optional if the fruit isn't frozen
Optional Toppings:
- Granola
- Sunflower Seeds
- Slivered Almonds
- Coconut ,slivers or flakes
- Fresh Berries
In a blender add, in this order, milk, berries, bananas, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla. If the fruit isn't frozen add the ice. Puree until completely smooth, about 1-minute
Divide smoothie mixture into 2 bowls.
Sprinkle with optional toppings. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired.
- Frozen fruits and very cold liquids will result in a thicker smoothie bowl
- Reserve some fresh berries for topping your bowl
