- 6 Tablespoons chili powder
- 2 Tablespoons cumin, ground
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt, optional
- ½ teaspoon cayenne, or more to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well blended.
Store in an airtight jar and keep in a cool, dry place.
Use 3-4 Tablespoons of seasoning mix for every pound of meat, or to taste.
