Horseradish Sauce
This tangy homemade Horseradish Sauce is the perfect companion to any beef recipe. Just a handful of ingredients needed.

- ½ cup Sour cream (or Crème Fraîche)
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Pepper, freshly ground black or white
- 1½ Tablespoons Chives, chopped, divided
In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients, except chives, and whisk to combine.
Gently mix in 1 Tablespoon of the chopped chives. Sprinkle the rest of the chives on top of the sauce as garnish.
Serve alongside beef. If not using immediately, store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
