Smooth and creamy Pumpkin Milkshakes made with pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, and vanilla ice cream. Tastes like pumpkin pie in a glass!

- ⅓ cup milk (whole, 2%)
- ½ cup pumpkin puree, chilled
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup, or 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice blend
- 1½ cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp whipped cream, optional
- 2 Tbsp Bourbon or rum, optional
Note: If all of your ingredients are very cold you will have better success.
Add milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice or syrup, and ice cream to a large blender and blend on high for 60-90 seconds or until smooth.
If adding bourbon or rum add now and blend briefly
Serve very cold and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, if desired.
